Services are available in the comfort of your home throughout Miami-Dade and via telehealth.
Care may include breastfeeding and latch assessment, weighted feeds, infant oral and suck assessment, pumping and flange fitting, bottle-feeding support, milk supply concerns, supplementation guidance, prenatal preparation, and individualized feeding plans.

In-Home Lactation Consultations
Comprehensive Initial Consultation
$300 | Approximately

A comprehensive consultation for you and your baby in the comfort of your own home.
Your visit may include:
• Maternal health and lactation history
• Infant feeding and growth history
• Breast and nipple assessment as indicated
• Comprehensive breastfeeding and latch assessment
• Pre- and post-feeding weights when appropriate
• Infant oral function and suck assessment
• Positioning and latch optimization
• Bottle-feeding assessment and paced bottle-feeding support
• Pumping assessment and flange fitting
• Milk supply evaluation
• Supplementation guidance when needed
• Individualized feeding plan
• Referrals and collaboration with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Written recommendations and resources
• Brief follow-up support related to your care plan

In-Home Follow-Up Consultation
$225 | Approximately 60–90 minutes
For established clients who need additional hands-on support after their initial consultation.
Follow-up visits allow us to reassess your feeding plan, evaluate progress, address new concerns, repeat weighted feeds or feeding assessments when appropriate, and adjust recommendations as you and your baby grow.

Virtual Lactation Support

Prenatal Lactation Consultation

Telehealth — $150
Prepare for feeding before your baby arrives.
Your prenatal consultation is personalized to your health history, previous feeding experiences, goals, and concerns and may include:
• What to expect during the first hours and days after birth
• Establishing milk supply
• Positioning and latch
• How to recognize effective milk transfer
• Normal newborn feeding patterns
• Hand expression
• Pump basics and flange sizing
• Bottle feeding and supplementation when needed
• Preparing for common breastfeeding challenges
• Creating a personalized feeding plan
Partners and support persons are encouraged to participate.

Telehealth Follow up
$125 | Approximately 45–60 minutes
Designed for established clients who would benefit from reassessment without requiring another in-home visit.
This is a convenient option for reviewing progress, adjusting pumping or feeding plans, troubleshooting new concerns, and continuing support as your baby's needs change.
